Privacy Policy

This policy explains what happens to your information when you visit Lagos Life Game Wiki ("we", "us"). It lists only the services that are switched on today.

What we ask of you

Nothing. There are no accounts, forms or comments on this site, so we do not collect your name, email address or any password. Search runs inside your browser, and what you type is not sent to us.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages are read and where visitors come from. When a page loads, Google sets cookies (named _ga and _ga_ followed by letters and numbers) and receives your page views, your device and browser type, and an approximate location worked out from your IP address. We use the totals to decide what to write and fix next. We do not use this data to identify you.

You can stop this by blocking cookies for this site, by using a content blocker, or by installing Google's browser opt-out add-on . The site works the same without it. Google's own privacy policy applies to the data it processes.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any host it sees basic request data (your IP address, the page you asked for and your browser) while it delivers pages and protects the site from abuse.

Fonts and images

Fonts and images are served from this site, so reading a page does not send your visit to a font provider.

Links to other sites

Our play links open the official Lagos Life website, and some pages link to its social accounts. Once you leave this site, that site's own privacy policy and terms apply. The game asks you to be 18 or older, and so does this guide.

Your choices

We hold no account, form or message data about you, so there is nothing for us to look up or delete. The only record of your visit is the Google Analytics data described above, and you can stop it yourself in the ways listed there.

Changes to this policy

If we switch on a new service (ads, comments or an embedded player), we will add it here before it goes live and change the "last updated" date.
